A group of teenagers go for a partying weekend in the woods. Unknown to them the woods they have chosen is home to a legend. The legend of a young girl who was bullied and then committed suicide. Set in contemporary New York City, Cacaya is the story of a young Brazilian woman, who ends her tumultuous relationship with an American man, and then discovers she is carrying his child.
